How WIQRO Works

Daily Signal Analysis, Not a One-Time Snapshot

WIQRO reads project data on an ongoing basis across budget, schedule, vendor, resource, and compliance signals, and surfaces what's changed with a plain-language explanation and recommended next action — not just a red, yellow, or green status.

Excel and CSV import are available today. Native Jira synchronization is rolling out. Connectors for Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and Procore are planned, and QuickBooks and Sage synchronization is in development.

What's Different

Honest About What the Data Can and Can't Support

Many project tools present a confident status without showing whether the underlying data is current and complete. WIQRO's Data Trust Engine evaluates the quality and recency of the data behind each signal — when the information isn't reliable enough, WIQRO says so instead of guessing.
