About WIQRO
Built From Real Project Delivery Experience
WIQRO is an AI-powered project intelligence platform that helps executives, PMO leaders, and delivery teams see risk earlier, understand what is changing inside their projects, and make better-informed decisions before problems escalate. It is built for PMOs, enterprise delivery teams and project-driven mid-market organizations managing complex portfolios.
Why WIQRO Exists
Most organizations don't fail because they lack project data. They fail because the right signals aren't reaching the right people early enough. Risk shows up in the underlying numbers, schedule variance, budget burn, vendor delays, weeks before it shows up in a status meeting. By the time a project is formally flagged "at risk," much of the early window to act has already narrowed.
A few problems recur across most project-heavy organizations:
- Risk signals surface in a report only after they've already become expensive
- Status reports don't always reflect what's actually happening on the ground
- Executives reviewing a portfolio often lack a consistent, comparable view of health across all of it
- Warning signs exist in the data, but get missed, delayed, or buried inside a longer report
- Teams spend a disproportionate amount of time compiling reports instead of acting on what those reports should be telling them
WIQRO was built to close that gap.
From Delivery Experience to Project Intelligence
WIQRO grew out of direct experience running programs, not a purely theoretical starting point. Across 10+ years managing project and program delivery, including project and program management roles with Bank of America, Anthem, Synovus Financial, FIS Global, Sedgwick and the State of Maryland, a consistent pattern kept showing up: schedule deterioration, budget pressure, unresolved dependencies, delayed approvals, and resource constraints were frequently visible in the underlying project data well before they reached executive reporting.
Traditional status reports often surfaced these problems only after the window for early, low-cost intervention had already narrowed. That gap between what the data already showed and what leadership actually saw is what inspired the creation of WIQRO.
These organizations are referenced here only as part of that professional delivery background. They are not WIQRO customers, clients, partners, or sponsors, and nothing here should be read as an endorsement of WIQRO.

Meet the Founder
Nhira Sarpong, PMP, PgMP — Founder & CEO, WIQRO
Nhira Sarpong is the Founder and CEO of WIQRO. She brings 10+ years of project, program and portfolio management experience across financial services, healthcare, technology and government, including project and program management roles with Bank of America, Anthem, Synovus Financial, FIS Global, Sedgwick and the State of Maryland. Nhira holds an MBA from Strayer University and is certified as a Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and Certified ScrumMaster. Throughout her career, she repeatedly observed that schedule slippage, budget pressure and unresolved dependencies were often visible in project data before they reached executive reporting. That recurring gap between what the data showed and what leadership eventually saw inspired her to create WIQRO.

What WIQRO Does
WIQRO analyzes project data and operational signals to assess project health, identify emerging risk patterns, and help leaders understand where intervention may be needed. In practice, that means:
- Project health scoring — a portfolio-level view of how projects are trending, not just a single-point-in-time status
- A five-signal risk engine evaluating burn rate, milestone and schedule movement, vendor performance, resource pressure and budget-threshold risk
- Earned-value forecasting — projecting where a budget or schedule is heading, not just where it currently sits
- Data Trust Engine — evaluates the reliability of underlying project information so leaders can distinguish strong signals from incomplete or questionable data
- Gemini-supported next-best-action recommendations — a grounded next step based on your connected project data
- Scheduled reports and a weekly digest that keep leadership updated without a team manually compiling a report every week
WIQRO's AI capabilities are built to support human decision-making, not replace it. Gemini-supported recommendations are grounded in the project data connected to your account — they don't make decisions autonomously, take corrective action on their own, or guarantee a specific outcome. Recommendations are only as reliable as the underlying data, and WIQRO is designed to help a project leader make a better-informed call, not remove the leader from the loop.
Our Mission
To make project risk visible early enough for leaders to act, and to communicate honestly about what the underlying data can and cannot support.
